For the service in question, the following interventions for the energy requalification of the Building-Plant system have been envisaged, with particular regard to environmental sustainability through the application of the L.R. 13/2008, “Protocol Itaca Puglia 2017 – Non-residential buildings”:

• Thermal insulation of the walls;
• Thermal insulation from the outside of the roof slab;
• Partial replacement of fixtures;
• Installation of a photovoltaic system for self-consumption of 100 kWp;
